Good, that you are asking that! As we do not sell products and only process transactions on behalf of sellers, we are unable to cancel subscriptions for you and/or make refunds for you, unfortunately.
We recommend that you contact the seller of the product or service. We require all merchants to record their contact details on their website. So you'll find them there for sure.
If you have no idea from which seller you bought something, please send an e-mail to email@example.com. As soon as you write us the description in your payment reference in the e-mail, we will send you the seller's contact details.
