Of cause it is nice if a customer still wants to pay a canceled direct debit. Unfortunately, it is not possible to send a payment link to the customer's e-mail address after a reversal from PayPro by yourself.
If you draw your customer's attention to this after the cancellation and he still wants to pay the amount, your customer would have to transfer the money to your own bank account. When the payment arrives, you have to register the payment and inform PayPro that the payment has been processed between you and the customer. You can inform us via E-Mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is there a easier solution?
Yes! You can avoid this complicated and time-consuming process by activating the 'Debtor management' module from PayPro. As soon as your customer cancels a payment or if the payment cannot be collected in any other way, we send four automatic e-mails with reminders and warnings. These e-mails contain iDEAL-links so that your customer can still easily pay the reversed payment, without having you to do anything for it.
How do I activate this module?
Log in into your PayPro account, go to 'Module: Increase Revenue' an click on 'Turn on now' at the right row. That's it! You can now at this payment option to your products.
