First steps, registration process

Welcome to PayPro! In order to use PayPro’s services, please register first. When you start the registration process, you are asked to choose between a seller account or an affiliate account. This manual indicates the course of the registration process and which information is necessary to register quickly.

For a number of products and/or services, PayPro’s services are not available. If you have any doubts as to whether PayPro’s services are available for the products/services you offer, please click here.

Company outside of the Netherlands

Is your company registered abroad? If your registered office is situated in the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland, this is not a problem.

Please upload an extract from the Chamber of Commerce to your account or e-mail PayPro via support@paypro.nl, attaching the extract from the Chamber of Commerce.

Overview of steps

Step 1 – Free registration

  • Please click “Free registration” or “Register” or click here.

Step 2 – Create account

  • This will take you to the page “Register with PayPro”.

  • Please choose between a seller account or an affiliate account. The seller account allows you to use PayPro’s services to sell your products/services. If you do not wish to sell your own products/services, but promote the products/services of others, please choose an affiliate account and not a seller account. Please click here for the instructions on creating an affiliate account.

  • On this page, please state your first and last name or company name, e-mail address, telephone number and password. The e-mail address you fill in is also the e-mail address we will use to contact you.

  • The password must have at least 10 characters including one capital letter, one lower-case letter, one symbol and one number.

  • Please check “I am not a robot” and click “Create account”.

  • Congratulations! You now have a PayPro account!

Step 3 – Activate account

  • After completing your registration, you will immediately receive an activation e-mail from PayPro. As soon as you click the activation link, you will have activated your account.

  • The orange bar at the top of your PayPro dashboard will disappear after the e-mail activation.

Step 4 – Enter company details

  • Now you can enter your company details. Log in to your account and click “Activate now” on the orange bar or click your name at the top right-hand corner of the dashboard and go to “My profile”.

  • On the page “Information about your company”, please fill in the company details as stated in the Commercial Register of the Chamber of Commerce. -

  • Here, please also enter your company’s website URL, even if you do not use this website for the sale of your products and/or services. You may leave this space blank if you do not have a website. Please send us an e-mail with a short description of your commercial activities.

  • Please check “I declare to have truthfully filled in the details above” and click “Next”.

Step 5 – Enter bank details

  • On the next page, “Bank details”, please fill in the bank details of your company and then click “save”. We need these details to pay out your balance. Within 1-2 business days, you will receive a EUR 0.01 transfer to this account. The description will contain a five-letter code. You need this code to validate your bank account. More information on validating your bank account number can be found under step 9 or click here. In the meantime, you can already get to work and receive payments.

  • Via the blue link “Download agreement” you can download and read the privacy agreement.

  • If you agree, please check “I agree to the agreement” and click “Next”. This is the privacy agreement.

Step 6 – Enter contact details

  • This will take you to your dashboard. Click “Delete limit” at the orange bar.

1) Name and address details

Here, please enter information about the legally authorised representative and upload a copy of this person’s valid identification document. This can be a passport, an ID card or a residence permit. A driving license is not a valid identification document.

What we need from you:

  • Passport: the front of the page with the passport photo

  • ID card: the front and the back

  • Residence permit: the front and the back:

When uploading a copy of the valid identification document it is important that

Click “Continue”.

2) Documents

Please check the agreement for acceptance and sales support and sign the agreement. Click in the banner and hold to sign. Please ensure that your signature is the same as the signature of the submitted identity document.

3) Modules

After submitting the necessary documents, we will assess your application within two business days and you will receive an e-mail about the status of your account. Click “Next”.

4) Make the most of PayPro

Here we show you some of the other things we can do for you! Click “Next”.

Step 7 - The UBO form

  • If you want to know more about what a UBO is exactly, please click here to read more about who your company’s UBO is

  • Please fill in the details of your UBOs. If there is more than one UBO, please click “Add UBO”. Please also upload a valid identity document (front and back) of the other UBOs.

  • Please carefully check the form you fill in and check whether all the details are correct. Click “Next” if you filled in the details in full and correctly.

  • You will be shown the completed UBO form. If there are any inconsistencies, please contact us via mail or the blue messenger button on the right corner.

  • If all details are correct, please scroll down and digitally sign the form. Click in the banner and hold to sign. Please ensure that your signature is the same as the signature of your identity document.

Step 8 – Website

· We will assess your website as part of the assessment of your application to create a seller account.

Please ensure that the following details can be found on your website:

o Chamber of Commerce number

o VAT number

o Trade name + address

o An e-mail address on which customers can reach you and/or another way to contact you. This does not include a contact form.

  • We advise you to include a privacy statement and general terms and conditions on your website. However, this is not mandatory. NOTE: If you wish to receive credit card payments, the privacy statement and the general terms and conditions need to be visible on your website.

  • No website? No problem! Please send an e-mail to support@paypro.nl including a short explanation of the business activities and the PayPro services you wish to use.

Step 9 – Validate bank account

  • You can only withdraw your earned balance after your bank account has been validated.

  • Within 1-2 business days, you will receive a payment of EUR 0.01 on your bank account with a five-letter validation code in the description. In the description you can find an account number and a code – this is a five-letter code.

  • Please copy the code, log in to your account, click your name and go to “My profile”.

  • Scroll down to the heading “Bank account”.

  • Please click the blue link “Click here to fill in the validation code”. Fill in the five-letter code and click “Validate”.
