Yes you can! You can send the customer a payment link by e-mail. This can be done in 2 different ways. 

1. You create a payment button and mail the URL link to the customer by e-mail.

2. You send the customer an invoice + payment link.

The customer receives an invoice as an attachment and an iDEAL payment link in the e-mail.
