If you want to terminate your PayPro account, you have to do so yourself in your PayPro account. We are not allowed to do this for you for security reasons.

To actually end your PayPro account, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to the PayPro website
Step 2: Log in to your account
Step 3: Go to 'Settings' in the menu
Step 4: Click on 'End account'.
Step 5: Confirm ending 

Note: After you have finished your account, you will no longer work with PayPro. This means that all payment pages and payment buttons has no more function on your website. There will also be no more promotions. It's a good idea to take this into account before you actually terminate your account. Otherwise, your customer may come across error links on your website. 

Also, the termination of your PayPro account does not take away the obligation to pay for any negative balance.

We are legally obliged to keep all data up to your account for 5 years.
