If you want to terminate your PayPro account, you have to do so yourself in your PayPro account. We are not allowed to do this for you for security reasons.
To actually end your PayPro account, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the PayPro website
Step 2: Log in to your account
Step 3: Go to 'Settings' in the menu
Step 4: Click on 'End account'.
Step 5: Confirm the termination
Important:
After you terminate your account, you will no longer be working with PayPro. This means that all payment pages and payment buttons will no longer work on your website. There will also be no more promotions. It is important to keep this in mind before you actually terminate your account. Otherwise, your customers may encounter dead links on your website.
Make sure that all positive balances are withdrawn and that any negative balance is settled before you close your account.
After closing your account, it will no longer be possible to export (financial) data.
If you wish to request this data after closure, additional costs may be charged.
Closing your PayPro account does not relieve you of any payment obligations for any negative balance.
We are legally required to retain all data related to your account for 5 years.
