Yes, PayPro will always recognize the affiliate.

Advanced techniques are used to achieve this. Your affiliate link contains your own ID, which is saved as soon as you click on it. When the visitor later returns to the payment page, it will be checked whether the visitor came through an affiliate link. If this is the case, a commission will be awarded to the affiliate.

It makes no difference whether a visitor clicks on an affiliate link and goes directly to the seller's website and pays, or whether a visitor first subscribes to a newsletter and only later returns to the payment page.
