To regain access to your PayPro account, transactions, and your data, you need to send an e-mail to support@paypro.nl, including:
The same email address you used to create your account, and;
A copy of the same identity card or passport that you provided to PayPro for the approval of your account.
We will then review your request and send you a response within 2 working days. If we need additional clarification, we may ask you for your own safety.
