PayPro sends mails on behalf of your webshop. Because this e-mail is sent from a different place than the mails sent from your webshop, is there a chance that the mails sent by PayPro will end up in the spam folder of your customer. By setting SPF records, the emails sent by PayPro are less likely to be classified as spam, so the emails end up in the inbox. 

An SPF record is set at the DNS settings of your web server. Add a TXT record and set the following value: "v=spf1 ?all".
