How to Report Fraud?

If you suspect fraud, follow these steps:

We assume that you have already contacted the company you made the payment to and that they were unable to assist you further. If you have not yet done so, please try to reach out to the seller first.

  1. Gather Evidence
    To ensure we can process your fraud report as effectively and quickly as possible, it helps if you provide us with as much information as possible. Note down all relevant details, such as transaction numbers, emails, screenshots, and correspondence with the involved party.

  2. Send an Email to PayPro
    If you cannot resolve the issue with the seller or if clear fraud is involved, contact us via support@paypro.nl. Share all relevant information as described in step 1.

What Happens After You Report Fraud?

Once we receive your report, our fraud team will investigate the situation. Depending on the severity and the available evidence, we may:

  • Conduct a further investigation into the involved seller or transaction.

  • Cooperate with authorities if necessary.

  • Potentially block further payments to the suspicious party.

Protect Yourself from Further Harm

  • Change your passwords if you suspect your data has been compromised.

  • Check your bank statements and block any unwanted automatic debits if necessary.

  • Stay alert for suspicious emails and do not click on unknown links.
