A refund is normally processed within two working days. Please take weekends into account. In the least favorabel case, it can take up to five days for the money to reach your customer's account.

When the payment is made by direct debit, there is a possible payback period of 56 days. This repayment period is caused by the cancellation period for customers. Within 56 days, customers can submit a refund request to the bank.

Only when this period has expired, we will refund the money in order to avoid a double refund.
