How to integrate Google Tag and/or Facebook Pixel

A simple explanation of how to use scripts from Google Tag and/or Facebook Pixel.

Google Tag

Place a Google Tag on your products from PayPro. The Google Tag works seamlessly with tags from different parties, which makes it easier for you to understand the amount of conversions on your products. Furthermore, you can view various statistics of these products on your Google Analytics account. Read below how to install this Tag on your PayPro account:

  1. Log in to your PayPro account

  2. Scroll down until you see the heading 'Trackers', and select 'manage'

  3. Place your Google 'Tag' here. This can be found at https://tagmanager.google.com/ and is called 'container-id'.

    1. Not created a Tag yet? Then follow the step-by-step video from Google itself.


  4. Click on 'save'. Google Tag Manager is immediately active for all your products!


Facebook Pixel

Facebook Pixel is used to give you more insight into your events and the impact of your ads. This allows you to accurately track conversions and the insights to get the most out of your investment. You install Facebook Pixel in the following way:

  1. Log in to your PayPro account

  2. Scroll down until you see the heading 'Trackers', and select it

  3. Place your 'Facebook Pixel' here. This can be found at https://www.facebook.com/events_manager2 and is called 'pixel-id'. You can find this under 'Data Sources' in the Facebook overview.


  4. Click "save. Facebook Pixel is immediately active for all your products!
