You will not have a conversion of your lead once your customer has reached the PayPro payment page and has entered his email address, but has not completed the payment. At that time, PayPro will send an additional reminder on your behalf to the customer's email address. 

In this e-mail reminder we indicate that the payment has not been completed. This encourages your customers to complete the payment and purchase the product. We have noticed that this is often an extra trigger to still proceed to purchase. That means more conversion and more customers for you as a seller.
